Coaching has experienced a tremendous growth in popularity over the last few years. One of the main reasons for this is the way coaching focuses on an individual’s own aims and ambitions rather than trying to fit them to a standard programme or course.

David Briggs specialises in health and fitness coaching, combining a range of physical activity with sensible eating plans. The emphasis is on making sustainable changes rather than quick fixes that are difficult to maintain.

David is a professionally qualified personal trainer and has full membership with the Register of Exercise Professionals. He has eights years triathlon, endurance/fell racing, and gym experience.
